Cruisin' into Spring

Sorry I haven’t been able to update you in a while. I’ve been extremely busy trying to balance school work, Student Government, and spending time with friends and family.

Luckily, Spring Break came at the perfect time! It was a much needed week of relaxation and tanning. I went on a cruise with 9 of my friends. It was amazing. Definitely an experience that made me wish I went on a semester-at-sea with my friends. But no worries – I’ve had a great time throughout my 4 years. I’ve gone on a bunch of trips with my buddies, many of which were through the ‘Curry Up and Go’ program.

Now that Spring Break is over, we only have approximately 50 days left of school. It’s definitely time to get focused and finish my semester strong. I can’t believe that I’ll be finished with my undergraduate degree and out in the real world this soon! The whole thing is a bit surreal and scary, but I am confident that things will fall into place.

Yesterday, I got some great news! I was accepted into a graduate school for social work at one of the Boston area schools. I am so excited. I can’t wait to continue along this journey.

Till next time –

Amanda
