As we head into the middle of summer and indulge in the time-honored tradition of summer reading, let me propose another useful activity: summer writing. Before you begin your busy senior year, take some time to get a head start on your college applications. And, as a special treat to my dedicated readers here at the Curry College Admission Blog, I'm going to reveal the essay questions found on the
1. Describe your most significant success, failure, or personal experience to date. How has it affected your life?
2. Choose an issue of international, local, or national concern that is of special interest to you. Describe your position on the issue and how you would resolve it.
3. Tell us of a person who has had a significant influence on your life and describe the way in which this person has affected you.
So remember to bring some paper and a pencil along with your clunky copy of The Grapes of Wrath to the beach this summer. Happy writing!
