Student Spotlight: Ben Radzicki
Hello Admission Blog!!
I just returned from spring break where I was down in Naples, Florida! I spent most of my time taking in the warm weather and relaxing on the beach. It was nice to have a small break from all of my school work.
Now that I’m back on campus, my professors have immediately begun assigning papers and homework. This semester I’m taking five courses: Public Speaking, Communication Research, Crisis Communication, Intercultural Communication and Case Studies in Public Relations. Despite all of the homework, I’m happy to be back because I get to hang out with my roommates. I live in a suite-style residence hall, which means I share a common living area with five of my friends. Here is a picture of my roommates playing Xbox 360. We are getting pretty good at NHL 09 and we have some battles, let me tell you. I met my roommates freshman year and we have been friends ever since. We are all on the soccer team which takes up much of our time in the fall.
Lately, its been a little warmer here, which is great news because we are all excited for spring—goodbye heavy winter jacket, hello shorts and t-shirts! It makes it a lot easier to get back in the groove.
I’ll be sure to update the blog throughout the semester, so check back soon for new posts!
